About Us

Can Alegria Paris is a restaurant located at 73 Rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle, in the heart of the Pigalle district in Paris. The restaurant occupies a historic building that once housed a cabaret, known for being one of the places where Edith Piaf performed at the beginning of her career. Decorator Élodie Ricord designed the space, which is warm and refined. She combined natural materials with shades of blue that recall the Mediterranean atmosphere.
This design offers a unique experience, transporting guests on a sensory journey in the heart of Paris. Can Alegria's culinary proposal is inspired by Mediterranean and exotic cuisine, with Spanish influences and particular attention to the seasonality of the ingredients?

The menu, which changes approximately every two weeks, offers creative dishes such as the ceviche of the moment, burrata with tomato tartare, grilled organic octopus with sweet potato puree and citrus oil, and slow-cooked souris d'agneau with apricots. The Valrhona chocolate fondant and the red fruit pavlova stand out among the desserts. In short, Can Alegria Paris offers a refined and authentic culinary experience, skillfully combining tradition and innovation in a historic and charming setting in the heart of Pigalle.
